Griffon was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia, where she also met her husband, before returning home to complete her Physician Assistant program at Louisiana State University. She later moved to Atlanta to build both her career and family.
A certified Physician Assistant in plastic surgery since 2020, Griffon joined Dr. Mackay’s practice in 2024. She assists in all surgical procedures—adult and pediatric—conducts postoperative evaluations, and performs injectables and minor in-office procedures. Griffon is passionate about refining her surgical skills in the operating room while forming meaningful connections with patients and guiding them confidently through every step of their surgical journey.
Outside the office, Griffon is an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan who enjoys the outdoors, staying active, and—most of all—spending time with her husband and son.
